¹ All the presenting authors must fill the Registration Form before June 1, 2005. Only the papers for which the registration fee is paid before June 1, 2005 will be published in the Proceedings of the EFITA/WCCA 2005 Conference.

² To apply for a Ph.D. Student fee the following documentation must be sent to the Organizing Committee: copy of the student card; formal letterhead documentation with supervisor name.

Full registration fees include:

• Attendance to oral, poster and workshop sessions
• Full set of conference materials
• Refreshments, coffee and lunches
• Welcome reception on 24 July, 8.00pm at Hotel Mira Corgo
• Tour to Douro and gala dinner on 26 July
• Bus transportation service from Porto to Vila Real, including a sightseeing tour, visit to Taylors Porto Wine Cellars and lunch on Sunday, 24 July
• Bus transportation from Vila Real to Porto on 27 July or 28 July according to the time flights of participants
• Bus transportation from Vila Real to Porto on 28 July, including a visit to UNICER at Leça do Balio, for a guided tour where the whole process of beer-making is explained. At the end of the visit you will have the opportunity to try some of the different brands. This visit is limited to a minimum number participants of 40 and a maximum of 100.

Student fees dont include:

• Conference services provided on 24 and 27/28 July: Bus transportation, technical tour, excursion and lunch services on 24 and 27/28 July 2005 and the full set of conference materials. Students that wish Bus transportation and participate on the conference program on 24 July must pay an additional fee of 50.

Accompanying person registration fee include:

• Bus transportation service, tour, visits, lunch and welcome reception 24 July,
• Tour to Douro and gala dinner on 26 July
• Bus transportation service on 27 or 28 July

Liability and Insurance:

• Conference fee does not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants purchase their insurances in their country of origin.
• Conference Secretariat and Organizing Institutions are not able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or property during the meeting.
